His activities involved a combination of complex system technology and creative production, marketing and strategic business development. After a successfull career with several technology companies, Mr. Norcross started Rolling Storm to exploit the increasing integration of technology with multimedia and video production.

As part of Rolling Storm's technology support activities, Mr. Norcross spent two years providing technology support to the National Geographic's Global Media Group and in March of 2008 was named Director of Systems Engineering and Program Management for National Geographic. After 10 years with IBM, he left to help launch a small high-tech startup firm, called Storm Control Systems, a company that specialized in automated software and systems for the satellite/space industry. While initially unknown in the industry, Storm Control Systems achieved international recognition as a leader in the area of satellite command and control and was acquired by L-3 Communications in 1998.
